What Does Work in this Class Look Like?

 

Good question! 

This class will have a number of different of assignments, all designed with your learning in mind.

We will have weekly lectures on Monday which you will annotate. 

We will have interesting and innovative discussion boards on Thursdays/Fridays

We will have three exams, the lowest of which will be dropped if it helps your grade and there is no academic dishonesty. 

Every week, we will be reading a new, brief book from a different U.S. ethnic literary tradition.
